We're coming up on the last full week of the CRCF/Whole30 Challenge! Stay strong, and remember to post your points on the spreadsheet! We would also like some feedback on the effects of these Healthy Eating Challenges on members' lives during and after their completion. Tabata Air Squat
Rest 1 minute
Tabata Toes-to-Bar
Rest 1 minute

Tabata AbMat Sit-up
*A Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. Complete all 8 intervals of an exercise before moving to the next exercise. Your Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.
