Perform reps in as few sets as possible or work on progressions.

5 Step-down Box Jumps (30/24)

Post-WOD: Run-the-Rack!
Dumbbell Curls, sets of 8. Start with 5-10#'s. Ascend until you can no longer complete a set of 8 unbroken, and then go back down in the same increments to the weight you started with... Then take some selfies.
