There will be one class today at 7am. The Wod briefing for Open WOD 17.1 will begin at 8:30, with the first Heat starting at 9am. Be sure to sign up for a heat time HERE if you have not already. You must also sign up to JUDGE for AT LEAST one heat!

Pre-WOD: Stretching the Hip Capsule (video)
then, 4 Rounds of 10 Glute Bridges w/ 3s pause, 10 Burps, 5 World’s Greatest Stretch, 5-10 Seated Leg Raises
