A. Skill: Knees-to-Elbows

+ WOD: "Duaneadler"
AMRAP 12 of
8-6-4-2 of:
Step-Ups (24/20)
Knees-to-Elbow
Burpees
*Completion of the descending Ladder = 1 round.

B. Weight Transfer Planks: 3 sets of 10 reps
*Complete each round for time; rest 1:1. 2 sets of 2.5#, 2 sets of 5# plates.
