Pre-WOD: Overhead/ scapular Mobility work with lacrosse ball (see video for help!)

A1. Weighted Pullup: 6s x2r 
A2. Bench Press: 6s x2r 
Score is Max weight across 6 sets in 25 mins.

After Party: Max unbroken set of Pullups. Leaderboard time!
Any form of unassisted pullup is acceptable here. Strict, kipping, butterfly, or a mix-and-match of each. You just can't come off the bar!
