No early morning classes. CRCF will be open for business at 9:30. and will run a normal schedule from there.  

A1. Overhead Squat: 8 rep @ 60%, 8 @ 65%, 8 @ 70%

A2. Strict Weighted Pullup: Three Heavy sets of 8 reps

Barbell GTO (115/75)

Post-WOD: 4 Rounds of
10 Seated Leg Raises, 30s Hollow Hold, 10 Deadbug Crunches
*Make transitions as smooth as possible. Rest as needed between sets.
