Pre-WOD: Overhead Mobility (video,) then 2 rounds of:
10 Scapular Pullups, 10 Scapular Pushups, 5 ea. World’s Greatest Stretch, 10 Moon-the-sky w/ PVC pipe

A. Skill: Handstands/ HSPU  
20 strict HSPU if you have the skill well in hand.

+WOD: "CRCF050416"
For Time:
5-4-3-2-1 Wall Climbs
10x 10m+5m Suicide Runs*
*10m (1 length) + 5m (1/2 length)

After-Party: Airdyne Bike Intervals
10 Rounds of 20s at 90%/ 40s active rest
