*Start with 60%, adding weight if perfect.

B. Heavy Jerk in 6 mins 

+Partner WOD: "Muntz"
Partner 1- 250m Row
Partnér 2- High Plank Hold
*Only row while partner is in plank.

Post-WOD: Band Pull-aparts
50 reps at 3333 tempo
