Daily WOD

Thursday 5/26/16

Pre-WOD: Overhead Mobility (video,) then 2 rounds of:
10 Scapular Pullups, 10 Scapular Pushups, 5 ea. World’s Greatest Stretch, 10 Moon-the-sky w/ PVC pipe

A. EMOM 10 of
Min 1: Jerk Off/ Dip-drive
Min 2: Split Jerk
Begin at 60%. Ascend if perfect.

B. EMOM 15 of Split Jerk
Build to a Max. Ascend by 5-10lbs per minute. Switch to EOMOM after first failed rep.

AfterParty: 12 min Team Airdyne Bike 
Max Distance as a 3-person team. Switch-off as needed.
