CrossFit Open WOD 15.5 has been announced; Sign up HERE for your heat. Saturday is going to be exciting, and CRCF is hoping to have a big crowd to celebrate after the Workout! 

A. Kettlebell High Windmill: 5 sets of 6, ea.

B. EMOM 16
Even: 30 Double Unders*
Odd: 8-10 Toes-to-Bar

C: "Run the Rack!"
Ascending sets of 7 reps until failure, then work your way back down!

After-Party: 4 Rounds Quality:
20 Seated Leg Raises
15 V-ups
10 Hollow Rocks
30 Flutter Kicks
*Perform as close to unbroken as possible. Rest as needed between rounds.
