P. Straddle Stretch, then 2 rounds of: 10 Scap Pullups, 10 Scap Pushups, 10 Turkish Pushups, 10 Moon-the-Sky

A. Back Squat- Build to a 2 RM

B. Weighted Strict Pullup- Build to a 1 RM

WOD: "Babsy"
5 Rounds for Time:
10 Pullups
15 Pushups
20 Situps
25 Squats

C. Low Plank Hold- Max hold x 3 sets
