Pre-WOD: Spend a few minutes on a Mobility “goat” specific to you, then 2 rounds of:
30s passive squat, 10 inchworm to frogstep, 5 Sampson Lunge w/ hamstring stretch, 30s passive hang, 5 inchworm to Pushup

A. Farmer's Carry: 6x40m  

+WOD: "CRCF021216"
4 Rounds for Reps
Min 1: 40s Calorie Airdyne
Min 2: 40s Russian Kettlebell Swings (2/1.5)
Min 3: 40s Hollow Rocks
Min 4: 40s Supermans
Min 5: Rest

Post-WOD: 30 Strict Toes-to-Bar
Perform in as few sets as possible.
