10 Scapular Pullups, 10 Scapular Pushups, 5 ea. World’s Greatest Stretch, 10 Moon-the-sky w/ PVC pipe

A1. Weighted Strict Chinup: 5s x2r 
A2. Front Squat: 5s x2r
Start at 80% for both movements.

15-12-9-6-3 of
Chest-to-Bar Pullups

then, Max Double Unders in remaining time.
