Pre-WOD: Glute Activation Series (Video)
then 2 rounds of: 30-60s Passive Hang, 10 Scap Pullups, 10 Scap Pushups, 60s Downward Facing Dog w/ ankle bias, 10 MTS w/ PVC

Partner WOD: "Partner Murph"
1600m Run, together
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Air Squats
1600m Run, together
*Split the work any way, but Runs must be done together.
**ADV: 20# Weight Vest or Body Armor.

Post-WOD: 2 Rounds of
50 V-ups or V-Tucks
50 Supermans
