CrossFit Group Classes

This is the driving force behind Charles River CrossFit. Charles River CrossFit is one of approximately 10,000 CrossFit affiliates worldwide. The CrossFit approach provides an alternative to the large impersonal commercial gym and its machine-based approach to fitness with a prescription of constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movement, developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Charles River CrossFit uses a variety of methodologies of programming including Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, rowing, running, and many others. A typical Charles River CrossFit class will have 5-15 people and at least one or more certified instructors. Most classes include skill training, strength or power development, and metabolic conditioning and are accessible to members of all levels with individual scaling. Our members are trained to perform successfully at any task, at any time, in any condition.  At its roots, CrossFit is quite simply ”the sport of fitness”. We have learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.

Unlimited – $225.00 per month (includes all clinics and specialty classes!)
3 x per week – $185.00 per month
2 x per week – $145.00 per month
10 class pass – $225.00
*We offer a 20% discount for students, teachers, police, fire, and active military.  We offer a 10% discount for couples!

CrossFit Competitors Program

Do you want to be competitive in the “Sport of Fitness”? Our competitors program will bring you through the process of building and preparing for competition. Competing in CrossFit requires more specific energy system training than the GPP (general physical preparedness) trained in the all-levels classes. This program is measured and adjusted to maximize OUR athlete’s progress.  The program does not cost more and has specific meeting times throughout the week.  Please contact for more info on the competitors program!
